Our Walnut Prefinished Internal Flush FD60 Fire Door will add style to any contemporary home or office. This modern flush FD60 internal door, with its rich Walnut finish, is moving away from the traditional light colours and instead brings a warm and luxurious elegance. The flush style is simple and uncomplicated in design, in addition to making a statement wherever it is fitted.
This Internal Flush fire door is manufactured to a high quality and offers a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty, and the FD60 rating means that it is certified for 60 minutes in the unfortunate event of a fire. Boasting a solid core with solid lippings on all 4 edges allows for a 3mm trimming allowance on each side, top, and bottom.
There are 3 sizes available as standard, and other sizing options are available with our bespoke service if your door requirements are not included above. You'll also have the option to have your door made as a glazed variation. With a choice of 12 glazing options, you can select the design you like the most.
Made with real American black walnut veneer, which is also FSC certified, this flush fire door is prefinished as standard, which means that no further treatment is required once it is delivered, and has a stunning satin finish.

For Standard deliveries, you will receive contact from the courier prior to delivery. For Express deliveries, you will not receive contact from the courier, with the aim to avoid delays in the Express delivery.
If you have chosen additional options for your items such as prefinishing, please allow up to an additional 10 working days for delivery. This will depend on the number of in-house oiling requests and the chosen finish which will affect the number of coats and required drying time.
Generally delivery is a weekday service. Couriers may however operate on weekends during busy periods. As such, we are unable to offer weekend deliveries, but this may be offered by the courier if they call to arrange your delivery date and time. Please note that your delivery will be made to the kerbside. As such, please ensure you can move your order to a secure location.
All delivery times given are based on orders being placed before 12-midday and the lead times are from once your order has been dispatched, not placed.
As unforeseen circumstances can, on the rare occasion, cause delivery issues, we do not recommend booking any tradesmen until your items have been delivered.
Flooring Delivery
Delivery is typically 7-10 days from order date. Your flooring will normally come on a pallet and be shipped using a kerbside delivery. We will call you before delivery to agree a date that suits as someone will need to be available to help offload. Please remember that our solid oak flooring is particularly thick and therefore very heavy. 65m2 will weigh approximately 1 tonne/1000kg.
