Vancouver Oak Prefinished Bi-Fold Door
The Vancouver Oak Prefinished Bi-Fold Door is the perfect answer to any space within your home that could be made more practical by using this space-saving door. The subtle, yet stunning design complements many different interior styles, meaning this internal folding door can fit into any home. The height of 1981mm is inclusive of the aluminium track. If you are replacing a standard door with this single bifold door, then it is less likely that you'll need to change existing opening sizes to make space for the track.
There are two standard widths available, as well as full instructions sent with the door, to make fitting this bifold door as simple as possible. Bi-fold doors are marginally smaller than the standard 27” to 30” widths. The reason is that the door hinge pivots around a pin rather than opening like a normal door. If the door was a width of 762mm wide, as it was opened, the edge would catch onto the framework.
A modern version of the traditional concertina door, this door boasts a solid core, and the prefinished oak veneer means that it is ready to hang. If you do take advantage of the 2mm trimming allowance, please ensure you follow the maintenance guidelines to comply with a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty. If you’re looking for a clean, fresh style with the natural warmth of oak, then this is certainly the space-saving door for you.
The total height of this bifold door also includes the height of the track.

Standard Delivery Rates

Delivery starts from £40.00 for one item, then £5.00 for each additional item, up to a maximum standard delivery charge of £80.00.
*We apply a shipping surcharge of £35.00 to certain postcodes, which can also add an additional 5 working days to the delivery lead time, see our delivery page for more information.
For Standard deliveries, you will receive contact from the courier prior to delivery. For Express deliveries, you will not receive contact from the courier, with the aim to avoid delays in the Express delivery.
If you have chosen additional options for your items such as prefinishing, please allow up to an additional 10 working days for delivery. This will depend on the number of in-house oiling requests and the chosen finish which will affect the number of coats and required drying time.
Generally delivery is a weekday service. Couriers may however operate on weekends during busy periods. As such, we are unable to offer weekend deliveries, but this may be offered by the courier if they call to arrange your delivery date and time. Please note that your delivery will be made to the kerbside. As such, please ensure you can move your order to a secure location.
All delivery times given are based on orders being placed before 12-midday and the lead times are from once your order has been dispatched, not placed.
As unforeseen circumstances can, on the rare occasion, cause delivery issues, we do not recommend booking any tradesmen until your items have been delivered.
Flooring Delivery
Delivery is typically 7-10 days from order date. Your flooring will normally come on a pallet and be shipped using a kerbside delivery. We will call you before delivery to agree a date that suits as someone will need to be available to help offload. Please remember that our solid oak flooring is particularly thick and therefore very heavy. 65m2 will weigh approximately 1 tonne/1000kg.
