Description

The Vancouver Light Grey 4L Glazed Fire Door offers the clean, contemporary four-light Vancouver look with the added safety of a 30-minute fire rating (FD30). Four horizontal panels of fire-rated clear glass let daylight flow between rooms while helping to hold back the spread of fire, and the pre-finished light grey finish arrives ready to hang. It sits within our range of glazed fire doors.

FD30 Fire Protection with a Modern Look

Rated to hold back fire for 30 minutes, the Vancouver 4L Fire Door is designed for the places building regulations call for a fire door — such as a door between an integral garage and the house, or off a hallway in a loft conversion — without sacrificing style. Its four horizontal lights of fire-rated clear safety glass keep the space bright, and the light grey finish suits contemporary interiors.

Fitting Your Fire Door

The door is supplied factory-finished in a light grey and built on a solid engineered FD30 core, and each door is FSC-certified. For a fire door to perform as rated, it must be hung with a suitable fire-rated frame, intumescent seals and fire-rated hardware, and trimmed only within the limits marked on the door. It comes in three widths at 1981mm high and 44mm thick, and carries a 10-year manufacturer's guarantee.

Delivery Information

Because it’s important that our products get to you in perfect condition and on time, we only work with trusted, reliable delivery companies who have an excellent reputation. To allow you to spend where it matters, the cheapest available delivery option will automatically be selected at the checkout stage. Don’t forget that orders over £800 will qualify for free shipping!

Ironmongery and Oils - £15.00
Skirting, Architraves, Linings, Window boards and Furniture - £25.00

*We apply a shipping surcharge of £35.00 to certain postcodes for door orders and £25 for timber only orders, which can also add an additional 5 working days to the delivery lead time, see our delivery page for more information.

For Standard deliveries, you will receive contact from the courier prior to delivery. For Express deliveries, you will not receive contact from the courier, with the aim to avoid delays in the Express delivery.

If you have chosen additional options for your items such as prefinishing, please allow up to an additional 10 working days for delivery. This will depend on the number of in-house oiling requests and the chosen finish which will affect the number of coats and required drying time.

Generally delivery is a weekday service. Couriers may however operate on weekends during busy periods. As such, we are unable to offer weekend deliveries, but this may be offered by the courier if they call to arrange your delivery date and time. Please note that your delivery will be made to the kerbside. As such, please ensure you can move your order to a secure location.

All delivery times given are based on orders being placed before 12-midday and the lead times are from once your order has been dispatched, not placed.

As unforeseen circumstances can, on the rare occasion, cause delivery issues, we do not recommend booking any tradesmen until your items have been delivered.

Flooring Delivery

Delivery is typically 7-10 days from order date. Your flooring will normally come on a pallet and be shipped using a kerbside delivery. We will call you before delivery to agree a date that suits as someone will need to be available to help offload. Please remember that our solid oak flooring is particularly thick and therefore very heavy. 65m2 will weigh approximately 1 tonne/1000kg.
