Pattern 10 Glazed Oak Bi-Fold Door
The Pattern 10 Glazed Oak Bi-Fold Door is a beautiful addition to homes that want to benefit from the practicality of an internal folding door. The toughened, clear safety glass lets the natural light shine through, and the minimalistic design of this Pattern 10 single bifold door complements many other oak veneer doors.
Full instructions are provided to make fitting the aluminium track as stress-free as possible. The height of 1981mm is inclusive of the track as well, which is a benefit if this single bifold door is replacing an existing standard door. Bi-fold door widths are slightly smaller than the standard 27” to 30” widths. For example, if the bi-fold doors measured 762mm exactly, once opened, the outer edge will snag onto the existing door frame. The two leaves are pre-hinged with heavy-duty hinges and are also available in two sizes, with a 2mm trimming allowance.
Available in two widths, this modern-day concertina door is made with stunning real American oak veneer, which is unfinished, allowing you to choose the type of finish you’d like to match with the existing design. Please read our maintenance section to ensure you comply with the 10-year manufacturer’s guarantee that this door comes with.
As this door is unfinished, we would strongly recommend applying a finish before installation, and then requiring refinishing at recommended intervals of 6 months in order to keep it protected from daily exposure. For what treatment to use on this internal door, we would recommend an oil from either our Treatex Hardwax or Osmo Hardwax range, which are our recommended tried and tested choice of treatments for any oak internal door.

For Standard deliveries, you will receive contact from the courier prior to delivery. For Express deliveries, you will not receive contact from the courier, with the aim to avoid delays in the Express delivery.
If you have chosen additional options for your items such as prefinishing, please allow up to an additional 10 working days for delivery. This will depend on the number of in-house oiling requests and the chosen finish which will affect the number of coats and required drying time.
Generally delivery is a weekday service. Couriers may however operate on weekends during busy periods. As such, we are unable to offer weekend deliveries, but this may be offered by the courier if they call to arrange your delivery date and time. Please note that your delivery will be made to the kerbside. As such, please ensure you can move your order to a secure location.
All delivery times given are based on orders being placed before 12-midday and the lead times are from once your order has been dispatched, not placed.
As unforeseen circumstances can, on the rare occasion, cause delivery issues, we do not recommend booking any tradesmen until your items have been delivered.
Flooring Delivery
Delivery is typically 7-10 days from order date. Your flooring will normally come on a pallet and be shipped using a kerbside delivery. We will call you before delivery to agree a date that suits as someone will need to be available to help offload. Please remember that our solid oak flooring is particularly thick and therefore very heavy. 65m2 will weigh approximately 1 tonne/1000kg.
