Description

The Oak Veneer 1 Light Glazed Internal French Door pairs the clean, single-light Pattern 10 look with warm real oak, ideal for hanging as a bright, characterful French-style pair. A large centre panel of clear glass sits in a slim oak veneer frame, so it carries daylight from room to room while keeping the warmth of timber, a smart, cost-effective alternative to solid oak. It sits within our range of oak glazed internal doors.

A Bright, Full-Length Oak French Door

The single large light of clear toughened safety glass takes up most of the door, letting the maximum amount of daylight pass between rooms and keeping a full, open view, exactly what you want from a French door dividing a living and dining space or opening onto a garden room. Hang two together for a classic French-door pair, or use a single leaf where space is tighter. The simple Pattern 10 design works with almost any decor, traditional or modern.

Unfinished Oak, Finished Your Way

The door is made from real oak veneer and supplied unfinished, so you can oil it to the exact tone you want once it is hung. We would recommend a clear or natural door oil to protect the veneer and bring out its grain, rather than paint or stain. It is built on a solid engineered core for stability and better sound insulation than a hollow-core door, and each door is FSC-certified. It comes in a wide choice of widths at 1981mm high and 35mm thick, with an 8mm trimming allowance on each edge, and carries a 10-year manufacturer's guarantee. Delivery Information

Because it’s important that our products get to you in perfect condition and on time, we only work with trusted, reliable delivery companies who have an excellent reputation. To allow you to spend where it matters, the cheapest available delivery option will automatically be selected at the checkout stage. Don’t forget that orders over £800 will qualify for free shipping!

Doors - £45.00* (this is per order, not per door)
Ironmongery and Oils - £15.00
Skirting, Architraves, Linings, Window boards and Furniture - £25.00

*We apply a shipping surcharge of £35.00 to certain postcodes for door orders and £25 for timber only orders, which can also add an additional 5 working days to the delivery lead time, see our delivery page for more information.

For Standard deliveries, you will receive contact from the courier prior to delivery. For Express deliveries, you will not receive contact from the courier, with the aim to avoid delays in the Express delivery.

If you have chosen additional options for your items such as prefinishing, please allow up to an additional 10 working days for delivery. This will depend on the number of in-house oiling requests and the chosen finish which will affect the number of coats and required drying time.

Generally delivery is a weekday service. Couriers may however operate on weekends during busy periods. As such, we are unable to offer weekend deliveries, but this may be offered by the courier if they call to arrange your delivery date and time. Please note that your delivery will be made to the kerbside. As such, please ensure you can move your order to a secure location.

All delivery times given are based on orders being placed before 12-midday and the lead times are from once your order has been dispatched, not placed.

As unforeseen circumstances can, on the rare occasion, cause delivery issues, we do not recommend booking any tradesmen until your items have been delivered.

Flooring Delivery

Delivery is typically 7-10 days from order date. Your flooring will normally come on a pallet and be shipped using a kerbside delivery. We will call you before delivery to agree a date that suits as someone will need to be available to help offload. Please remember that our solid oak flooring is particularly thick and therefore very heavy. 65m2 will weigh approximately 1 tonne/1000kg.
