Mexicana Ely Prefinished Internal Oak Door
The extremely popular Ely Door has a new contemporary design that is made from North American white crown cut oak veneer, giving this internal door the natural grain pattern that lends to a rustic style for this modern door. This internal door has a stylish finish that would suit any modern or contemporary home. The rustic style of this oak veneer door would also not look out of place in a traditional home.
The two-panel oak door is available in 13 sizes as standard, made up of 7 imperial sizes and 6 metric sizes, giving you a great choice of doors to suit your needs. The generous trimming allowance allows 16mm to be trimmed on all edges of the door, giving you even more options for your perfect-fitting doors.
The wood for this oak veneer door is FSC-accredited, giving you the peace of mind that it has come from a sustainable forest. With a 10-year manufacturer's warranty, this oak veneer door is sure to look amazing in your home for many years to come. The solid core of this oak veneer door gives you the look and feel of a solid oak door.
The door is delivered prefinished, so that the door has been made to the highest factory standard, and there is no need to worry about further treatments unless the trimming allowance is taken advantage of. We recommend that you use a manufacturer-approved oil, like Treatex Hardwax Oil, to treat the edges of the door after trimming and before hanging the door.

*We apply a shipping surcharge of £35.00 to certain postcodes for door orders and £25 for timber only orders, which can also add an additional 5 working days to the delivery lead time, see our delivery page for more information.
For Standard deliveries, you will receive contact from the courier prior to delivery. For Express deliveries, you will not receive contact from the courier, with the aim to avoid delays in the Express delivery.
If you have chosen additional options for your items such as prefinishing, please allow up to an additional 10 working days for delivery. This will depend on the number of in-house oiling requests and the chosen finish which will affect the number of coats and required drying time.
Generally delivery is a weekday service. Couriers may however operate on weekends during busy periods. As such, we are unable to offer weekend deliveries, but this may be offered by the courier if they call to arrange your delivery date and time. Please note that your delivery will be made to the kerbside. As such, please ensure you can move your order to a secure location.
All delivery times given are based on orders being placed before 12-midday and the lead times are from once your order has been dispatched, not placed.
As unforeseen circumstances can, on the rare occasion, cause delivery issues, we do not recommend booking any tradesmen until your items have been delivered.
Flooring Delivery
Delivery is typically 7-10 days from order date. Your flooring will normally come on a pallet and be shipped using a kerbside delivery. We will call you before delivery to agree a date that suits as someone will need to be available to help offload. Please remember that our solid oak flooring is particularly thick and therefore very heavy. 65m2 will weigh approximately 1 tonne/1000kg.
