Description

The Flush Oak proves a certified fire door can also be a beautiful one, wrapping a solid FD30 core in hand-selected crown-cut American white oak veneer with a smooth, glazed flush face. A clear fire-rated pane lets daylight travel between rooms while the door does its important work, and its warm, prefinished surface arrives ready to hang. It sits among our fire doors.

Certified FD30 Fire Protection

Rated FD30 and independently certified under Certifire and the BM TRADA Q-Mark, the Flush Oak is designed to resist the spread of fire and smoke for a minimum of 30 minutes when fitted as part of a complete, compatible fire-door assembly. Its glazed pane uses certified 30-minute fire-rated glass, and it must be hung with a fire-rated frame, intumescent strips and fire-rated hardware to keep the rating intact.

Crown-Cut Oak, Prefinished and Ready to Hang

Faced in hand-selected crown-cut American white oak veneer, the Flush Oak shows off a consistent, closed-grain figure enhanced by a 35% gloss prefinished coating. There is no sanding, staining or sealing to do — the factory finish protects the oak and keeps it looking its best, so you simply hang the door and add your hardware.

Built around a solid fire-rated core and finished with solid oak lippings on all edges, the Flush Oak offers strength, stability and dependable performance. Made from FSC-certified, responsibly sourced timber and backed by Deanta's 10-year manufacturer's guarantee, it pairs verified fire compliance with responsible sourcing. A modest trim allowance helps you achieve an accurate fit.

Delivery Information

Because it’s important that our products get to you in perfect condition and on time, we only work with trusted, reliable delivery companies who have an excellent reputation. To allow you to spend where it matters, the cheapest available delivery option will automatically be selected at the checkout stage. Don’t forget that orders over £800 will qualify for free shipping!

Doors - £40.00* (this is per order, not per door)
Ironmongery and Oils - £15.00
Skirting, Architraves, Linings, Window boards and Furniture - £25.00

*We apply a shipping surcharge of £35.00 to certain postcodes for door orders and £25 for timber only orders, which can also add an additional 5 working days to the delivery lead time, see our delivery page for more information.

For Standard deliveries, you will receive contact from the courier prior to delivery. For Express deliveries, you will not receive contact from the courier, with the aim to avoid delays in the Express delivery.

If you have chosen additional options for your items such as prefinishing, please allow up to an additional 10 working days for delivery. This will depend on the number of in-house oiling requests and the chosen finish which will affect the number of coats and required drying time.

Generally delivery is a weekday service. Couriers may however operate on weekends during busy periods. As such, we are unable to offer weekend deliveries, but this may be offered by the courier if they call to arrange your delivery date and time. Please note that your delivery will be made to the kerbside. As such, please ensure you can move your order to a secure location.

All delivery times given are based on orders being placed before 12-midday and the lead times are from once your order has been dispatched, not placed.

As unforeseen circumstances can, on the rare occasion, cause delivery issues, we do not recommend booking any tradesmen until your items have been delivered.

Flooring Delivery

Delivery is typically 7-10 days from order date. Your flooring will normally come on a pallet and be shipped using a kerbside delivery. We will call you before delivery to agree a date that suits as someone will need to be available to help offload. Please remember that our solid oak flooring is particularly thick and therefore very heavy. 65m2 will weigh approximately 1 tonne/1000kg.
