Description

The Belize Offset Clear Glazed Oak Internal Door pairs the timeless, cottage-style charm of vertically grooved oak boards with a bright, offset clear glazed panel, so you get natural character and a good flow of daylight in one door. The raised mouldings run down both faces and the glazed light is set to one side, giving the Belize a relaxed, modern-country look that suits kitchens, hallways and living spaces alike. Cottage Character, Modern Light

The Belize takes the familiar planked oak door and opens it up with a single offset panel of clear toughened safety glass, so a room stays bright even with the door closed. The grooved, raised mouldings on both sides give it real depth and a handcrafted feel, while the clear glass keeps the look light and contemporary rather than purely rustic. Finished in a warm white oak veneer, it works as happily in a period cottage as in a new-build kitchen.

Unfinished Oak, Ready to Make Your Own

The Belize is supplied unfinished, so you can treat it to the exact tone you want once it is hung. We would always recommend a clear or natural door oil to protect the oak veneer and bring out its grain, rather than paint or stain, which suit a solid timber door better than a veneer. It is built on a solid engineered core with 10mm lippings for stability and a reassuring weight, and each door is made from FSC-certified oak. Explore our wood treatments to finish it.

Delivery Information

Because it’s important that our products get to you in perfect condition and on time, we only work with trusted, reliable delivery companies who have an excellent reputation. To allow you to spend where it matters, the cheapest available delivery option will automatically be selected at the checkout stage. Don’t forget that orders over £800 will qualify for free shipping!

Doors - £45.00* (this is per order, not per door)
Ironmongery and Oils - £15.00
Skirting, Architraves, Linings, Window boards and Furniture - £25.00

*We apply a shipping surcharge of £35.00 to certain postcodes for door orders and £25 for timber only orders, which can also add an additional 5 working days to the delivery lead time, see our delivery page for more information.

For Standard deliveries, you will receive contact from the courier prior to delivery. For Express deliveries, you will not receive contact from the courier, with the aim to avoid delays in the Express delivery.

If you have chosen additional options for your items such as prefinishing, please allow up to an additional 10 working days for delivery. This will depend on the number of in-house oiling requests and the chosen finish which will affect the number of coats and required drying time.

Generally delivery is a weekday service. Couriers may however operate on weekends during busy periods. As such, we are unable to offer weekend deliveries, but this may be offered by the courier if they call to arrange your delivery date and time. Please note that your delivery will be made to the kerbside. As such, please ensure you can move your order to a secure location.

All delivery times given are based on orders being placed before 12-midday and the lead times are from once your order has been dispatched, not placed.

As unforeseen circumstances can, on the rare occasion, cause delivery issues, we do not recommend booking any tradesmen until your items have been delivered.

Flooring Delivery

Delivery is typically 7-10 days from order date. Your flooring will normally come on a pallet and be shipped using a kerbside delivery. We will call you before delivery to agree a date that suits as someone will need to be available to help offload. Please remember that our solid oak flooring is particularly thick and therefore very heavy. 65m2 will weigh approximately 1 tonne/1000kg.
