The LPD Universal FD60 Oak Door Lining is an excellent fire protection choice. Its fire-resistant qualities have been have been rigorously tested and it has a fire rating of 60 minutes that meets the latest fire regulation requirements.
As well as fire protection, this door lining also offers a great aesthetic as it is made from top quality oak material. The universal design fits perfectly into most door frames and features a unique 2 - 15 x 4mm grooves for intumescents (purchased separately), offering additional fire protection.
It is supplied with loose stop to enable you to fit the lining securely in place for added safety. This FD60 Oak Door Lining is perfect for any home or business looking for reliable fire protection quickly and effectively.
Improving the look of your door can give a much-needed lift to any room, and our range of FSC certified oak doors could be the perfect choice for you. Available in two widths, these untreated door linings are sleek and understated, but could really take your home's aesthetic to the next level. Made from softwood core, with a thick American black walnut veneer which has been prefinished ready to install into your home. This lining set has removable stops so that it can accommodate different interior door thicknesses.
The internal door lining has pre cut grooves which have been designed to take a 15 x 4mm intumescent seal, which is also included. The fire seal is made of Lorient PVC encased sodium silicate and has been tested to the following standards:
BS EN 1634-1: 2008 BS 476-22: 1987 Durability: 1 million cycles
